Douglas A. Mejia, founder of Mejia & Associates, has over 20 years of real estate experience at the management and executive levels. In his capacity as Vice President for The RREEF Funds and as a Senior Vice President for TCW Realty Advisors, Doug directed commercial, retail and asset management groups responsible for over 16 million square feet of real estate.

Doug has earned a reputation for recruiting and building highly effective management teams that have contributed significantly to the success of these firms. His extensive experience in the real estate field enables him to quickly assess each client’s unique needs. Doug’s contacts throughout the real estate industry are invaluable in identifying top candidates for our clients.

A graduate of Princeton University, Doug resides in Southern California. Has held a  California real estate brokers license, a Certified Property Manager^® (CPM^®) and an active participant in IREM, BOMA and ICSC.
